Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY To ensure every client receives dedicated time and attention, all consultations with KreatedByKnight™ must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. CONSULTATION FEE A consultation fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and secures time with our team. If you choose to move forward with services after your consultation, the consultation fee will be CREDITED TOWARD THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SELECTED SERVICE OR PACKAGE. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS We understand that schedules may change. Clients may reschedule or cancel their consultation UP TO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT TIME using the booking confirmation link. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF THE CONSULTATION FEE. LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive on time for your consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduled appointments that follow. BY BOOKING A CONSULTATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
