Cancellation Policy
KreatedByKnight | Virtual Assistance & Marketing We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following booking policies apply: Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty. Cancellations Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other client bookings. Sessions shortened due to late arrival will not be refunded. Emergency Exceptions We understand that life happens. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. By booking a service with KreatedByKnight, you agree to this policy.
